Remodeling a home can be a daunting task!  Take it from the horse's mouth.  I've been remodeling my 1975 ranch for the past couple of years, and it takes a lot of time, money, and is very stressful at times.  However, the end results are rewarding.

Currently, I'm working on a project for my instructor to design a remodeling plan for her 2100 sq. ft. home.  Here is the floor plan:

The floor plan consists of a living room right off the entry, a den, kitchen and dining area, sunroom, and two large bedrooms and bathrooms.  Creating a functional space for the home owners will be challenging, but fun!  The owners, Holly, Mark, and Dash, each need a space of their own.  The couple plans to adopt a 6 month old child, so a space for the baby is essential as well.

The style for this project is Scandinavian with a pull more towards the Gustavian look and Rustic Organic.  Below are some inspirational pictures of this style for each room:
Create a distinct entryway.

Display collections of china.
A crafts area for the Mrs. with storage.

A fun wallpaper idea for the children's play area that will also bring in some color!

With all these inspirational photos, it's time to start designing!!  Let's go!!!
